A support package can be tailored to suit your specific needs. We offer telephone support, onsite support, and a managed service.
Telephone support is typically during business hours only but on-call facilities are available if required.
Onsite support may be in the form of site visits when requested or having someone onsite either part-time or full-time. This work is typically performed on a time and materials basis but other options are available upon request.
A managed service is where support for a system is completely outsourced to Kagemedia™. This may cover database(s), network, workstations and ancillary hardware in addition to the system itself. User enquiries may be directed to Kagemedia™ directly. Support for the system is based upon a fixed amount each year.
